Join me as I tackle the 10 competencies that Project Managers need to provide in order to become a chartered PM.

For this week, we will be learning from a Project Manager and project leader in healthcare technology. She is an Author of a number of books related to PM and a Fellow of the Association for Project Management.
Hear the full episode here.
Joining us is Elizabeth Harrin, she will go through all the important things that we need to know about conflict management competency. She also gave us her thoughts on why people get into PM even when they studied completely different subjects.
Elizabeth holds a degree in English, and walked us through her journey to becoming a Project Manager. From working in a financial services company, insurance company and later on finding her love for healthcare technology,
We also both shared our own experiences in getting job done virtually and as well as managing virtual teams.
What part of a project is best done at home or face to face with the whole team in the office.
Do we get to finish more work at home than the office? Find out.
Elizabeth also pointed out that while as a new PM your qualifications are important in building your CV, experience counts just as much especially later in your career..
We also talk about the different organizations that are available for a Project Manager to join in the UK, the perks of being a member and a lot more.
